Completes their intake survey, interview, and other surveys as needed

Coordinates with Circle Keepers to determine what works best for them logistically, creatively, and for communication preferences

Respects and adheres to the guidelines co-created for their circle

Is the guiding force as the RAIV Circle is designed to support the Core Member in getting their needs met

Works closely with the Circle Keepers to determine next steps along the way and identify when their Circle has come to completion

May be invited to join RAIV in a new role once they have completed their RAIV process
