Complete RAIV Orientation, Community Member, and Circle Keeper trainings
Have served in an assigned RAIV Circle as a Community Member prior to becoming a Circle Keeper
Participate in required ongoing trainings
Work as co-facilitators responsible for managing the logistics and communications for all Circles
Are responsible for ensuring the Core Member intake survey is complete and any subsequent surveys or data collection are complete
Track the progress of the Core Member
Debrief about their Circles as part of a monthly Community of Practice session with the RAIV Keepers &/or group of Circle Keepers
Report any concerns about child abuse or neglect to appropriate authorities and to RAIV leadership so it can be documented and reported accordingly
Commit to work with Core Member until the Core Member completes their journey with RAIV or until a conversation concludes it is in the best interest of Core Member and Circle Keeper not to work together.
Abide by any agreements made as a Circle Keeper per RAIV policy
