Complete RAIV Orientation and Community Member training 

Participate in an assigned RAIV circle regularly with a commitment to staying with the Circle throughout the process

Communicate with Circle Keepers if for any reason they are not comfortable proceeding with that RAIV Circle or are unable to attend a meeting

Participate in RAIV Circle with an open heart and open mind, willing to share personal stories to some extent, and to be present with all other Circle members in a respectful way with a growth mindset

If participating in a Circle, attend debrief sessions as part of a monthly Community of Practice session with the RAIV Keepers &/or group of Circle Keepers
