Deb Witzel

Deb Witzel, M.A., is the founder of 3 Stories Consulting and the RAIV Project. Deb shares her 20+ years of experience supporting people and organizations in learning and utilizing restorative approaches to move through conflict, develop healthy leadership and be more connected.  Currently, she provides Restorative Justice mentorship, consulting, facilitation, and training. 

For most of her career, Deb has worked with the criminal legal system to utilize restorative practices. She is the  host of The Restorative Justice Chronicles Podcast, a collection of stories from people who have participated in restorative justice processes and how those processes affected their lives. 

Deploying her improv and motivational interviewing skills, Deb listens deeply to ask useful questions that enliven the moment and generate thoughtful engagement. Deb’s passion is inspiring others to engage restoratively toward a healthier paradigm for justice and a stronger sense of community.
